Eszter Rajna

London Life Coaching

The kind of coaching I embrace is creative and collaborative.  It is also inherently appreciative and focuses on the client’s strengths. I would like to reach out to people who want to create and have a meaningful life: to be themselves, do what they enjoy by recognising and using their gifts and talents and be with those they love. I believe that with encouragement, support and enough challenge people can find in themselves the strength, resourcefulness and courage to realise their dreams, strengthen their potential and create a more fulfilling life. Maxine croft

Maxine Croft Coaching

I decided to become a coach when I started to ask myself some important questions about what I wanted out of my life.  I have always had a profound interest in human behaviour, hence pursuing psychology at university and training as a professional actress.  However, it was through asking myself the right questions and inadvertently coaching myself, that I decided to train to become a professional coach with the Coaching Academy.  Similarly, it is through coaching that I aim to help my clients find their own answers and motivation to create the future that they want. I qualified with Distinction from the Coaching Academy which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.  I have an MA in Psychology from Edinburgh University and am based in London.
