Elzbieta

Yoga in Mind – Yoga for Better Sleep

Since I can remember I was always interested in how to be healthy in my body and in my mind and how to feel relaxed and energized at the same time. I thought that I have to do more to feel like I was enough. Not until I did restorative classes followed by training with Judith Lasater. Restorative Yoga gave me space and support to explore the different aspects of myself and rediscover my fullness and my depth. I am based in North West London and I am currently teaching 121 sessions throughout London. More about Elzbieta’s restorative and sleep better yoga in here.
