Clare Dobson

Clare Dobson

Clare has a very open-minded and anatomically focused approach to her teaching and has studied and been influenced by many different styles and traditions of yoga over the years. She is a fully trained and insured teacher and has also gained teaching qualifications in Yoga Therapy Techniques and Restorative Yoga. Currently most of her teaching focuses on a creative Vinyasa Flow style yoga, but she is always happy to discuss personal needs; be they restorative yoga, yoga therapy or otherwise. She currently teaches in London-based studios but is also available to teach privately both on a one-to-one basis and for small groups, and can also be contacted for corporate classes and workshops. Mellow Molly

Molly has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and is continually in awe of how it helps people. Her style is rooted in Hatha Yoga – blending together physical poses, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation for a rewarding, well-rounded practice. Certified Relax & Renew© teacher Molly is now running monthly workshops at The Vitality Centre in southwest London.  During which she will guide you through a carefully constructed series of restorative yoga postures designed to create specific physiological responses in the body that are beneficial to health and can reduce the risks of stress-related disease.More about Mellow Molly in here.


Restorative yoga with Divya

As an advanced level teacher (which means I have acquired a set number of years of training and practice – in my case ongoing teacher training since 2001), with specific training in the practice and delivery of Restorative Yoga from Elders around the world, I take great care and interest in the planning of restorative practices to suit the specific needs of the individual. Relax and restore with Adelene

Adelene is a registered SYT with Yoga Alliance UK. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance UK. Having studied various styles of yoga, Adelene’s practice in the recent decade has been greatly inspired by her teachers Judith H. I offer both private and public classes and regular workshops and retreats. I love to study and teach yoga and hope to spread this love to anyone who is curious about yoga! I am also deeply passionate about using yoga and bodywork therapeutically to help relieve and prevent life’s aches and pains. Sasha has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 5. She trained with several world-renowned teachers and has been most influenced and inspired by the Iyengar, Parayoga and Scaravelli traditions. She emphasizes correct breathing techniques, and the need to listen to your body and treat it with kindness. Her focus is on the health of the spine and her classes are both relaxing and energising, perfect both for beginners or for those wishing to deepen their practice. U Can Yoga

Teaching Hatha, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, I am London-based and available for drop-in classes, private yoga sessions (in the comfort of your own home or space of your choice) and corporate yoga classes. I am a certified Relax and Renew Trainer. I continue to deepen my knowledge, regularly attending workshops and immersions with leading teachers, to date including Cyndi Lee, Sarah Powers, Simon Low and Yogeswari, among others. Chandananda Yoga

My name is Michelle Chand, and I have been studying and practicing yoga for twenty-two years. I  teach yoga classes in and around the Guildford area in Surrey, based in the ancient wisdom of yoga,  and suitable for all students who are on a journey of personal growth and transformation. My aim is to teach accessible yoga , to people of all abilities, and to work with challenges such as illness and injury, both physical and emotional, in a creative, inclusive and empowering way. Yoga in Mind – Yoga for Better Sleep

Since I can remember I was always interested in how to be healthy in my body and in my mind and how to feel relaxed and energized at the same time. I thought that I have to do more to feel like I was enough. Not until I did restorative classes followed by training with Judith Lasater. Restorative Yoga gave me space and support to explore the different aspects of myself and rediscover my fullness and my depth.
