Sasha has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 5. She trained with several world-renowned teachers and has been most influenced and inspired by the Iyengar, Parayoga and Scaravelli traditions. She emphasizes correct breathing techniques, and the need to listen to your body and treat it with kindness. Her focus is on the health of the spine and her classes are both relaxing and energising, perfect both for beginners or for those wishing to deepen their practice.
