We have handpicked experts from different fields who have passion to help people struggling with sleep. Sensitive sleepers have various causes for poor sleep, and for this reason our ways to heal differ as well. Experts have different approaches and skills. Healing won’t begin until we take actions and start testing what works for us. Keeping a sleep diary for couple of weeks could clarify the reasons for poor sleep.

The Sleep Disorder Centre East Grinstead
The Sleep Disorder Centre, East Grinstead is part of the world famous Queen Victoria Hospital. The Centre was established in 1992 and is fully approved under the Health Care Commission of the NHS for diagnosing and treating a wide range of problems concerned with sleep and sleeping in both the NHS and private sectors. Molly has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and is continually in awe of how it helps people. Her style is rooted in Hatha Yoga – blending together physical poses, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation for a rewarding, well-rounded practice. Certified Relax & Renew© teacher Molly is now running monthly workshops at The Vitality Centre in southwest London. Clare has a very open-minded and anatomically focused approach to her teaching and has studied and been influenced by many different styles and traditions of yoga over the years. She is a fully trained and insured teacher and has also gained teaching qualifications in Yoga Therapy Techniques and Restorative Yoga. Currently most of her teaching focuses on a creative Vinyasa Flow style yoga, but she is always happy to discuss personal needs; be they restorative yoga, yoga therapy or otherwise. She currently teaches in London-based studios but is also available to teach privately both on a one-to-one basis and for small groups, and can also be contacted for corporate classes and workshops. My mission in life is to help everyone enjoy a sound night’s sleep – without the need for sleeping aids.I know it’s possible to overcome insomnia, stress and anxiety using a variety of relaxation, mindfulness, breathing, Ayurveda and meditation techniques together with dietary changes, because I have been there myself. I have been travelling and studying the path of well being for the last 25 years and know I can help people overcome sleep issues, stress and anxiety. My background comes from various professional qualifications and study, such as Qualified NLP instructor and hypnotherapist, Chopra-certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor and registered Yoga Teacher. I’m Ani Richardson, an advocate of self care, self love, spiritual growth and author of Love or Diet: Nurture yourself and release the need to be comforted by food. Professionally I am a nutritionist with a masters degree in nutritional medicine as well as specialist qualifications in eating disorders and obesity management. Personally I am passionate about providing holistic wellness support to women. Often I work with women who turn to food for comfort or support during stressful and overwhelming times, or to help deal with their emotions. I also work with women who wish to explore other areas of health, nutrition and wellness. My passion for holistic health (health of the whole person; body, mind, emotions and spirit) and wellness began in my late teens and has been growing ever since. As well as the qualifications listed below I also have experience gained through work-shop attendance and continual, extensive, reading (around various areas such as Western and Buddhist psychology, spirituality and health).
