Don’t give up your hopes of sleeping naturally!

There are several alternatives to medicine to achieve (and learn) better sleep.  According to several studies, sleeping pills remain ineffective in treating long-term insomnia. What’s worse, medicine can actually contribute turning short-term insomnia into long-term insomnia by breaking our (natural) confidence to sleep on our own without any aid.

We can do a lot to improve our sleep – and at the end of the day, the responsibility lies on our own shoulders. Some lifestyle changes can feel exhausting (especially when chronically tired!) and seem to happen at a snail’s pace but the payback is worth every little effort!
