I have noticed that physical exercises not only are good for your physical temple, but also have positive spin on your stress levels. Exercise well before sleep gives the feel good factor and also mentally gives you the permission to sleep, you have deserved it


I fall asleep easy but wake up 1-3 times every single night. It’s hard to fall asleep during 3-6 in the morning. Need to really clear my head and focus.
